About Lisa

For 15 years I was on the other side of these decisions. At UBS and Credit Suisse. Now I work for you.

My Experience

I spent fifteen years in senior HR and Reward roles at UBS and Credit Suisse, including through the largest banking merger in history. Before that, five years in Finance at Syngenta.

My roles put me inside the decisions most professionals never see clearly from the outside.

I have been in the rooms where promotions are decided before review cycles begin. Where compensation bands are set and retention offers are structured. Where exits are agreed before the conversation with the employee is scheduled. I understand how these decisions actually get made — not how org charts pretend they do.

I also went through the redundancy process myself. I have sat on both sides of the table.

That is what Next Position Advisory is built on. Not frameworks borrowed from other disciplines. Not observation from the outside. Fifteen years operating the systems your organisation is running on you right now

What I Know

Compensation strategy
I designed reward frameworks at scale. I know what is realistic to ask for, what will be dismissed, and how positioning actually works inside bands and processes.

Organisational power
I worked directly with Executive Board members. I know how power really flows and how to read political dynamics before they surface.

Crisis navigation
I managed people risk and senior exits during the UBS–Credit Suisse merger. I know what “at risk” actually means and when staying stops being rational.

Pattern recognition
After thousands of decisions, the patterns are obvious: over-functioning, wished-for context, perceived constraints, normalized leverage. I know how to spot them and what they imply.

How People Describe Working With Me

"Lisa and I worked together at UBS during the integration of Credit Suisse — a time of high stress and intensity. She embraced the challenge head-on, making a big positive impact and giving the team an external perspective that was very welcome."

Lucy, Managing Director Compensation, JPMorgan Chase (formerly UBS — Credit Suisse integration)

"One of the most pragmatic and solution-oriented professionals I know. She excels at simplifying complex processes and spending time focused on meaningful impact and strategy."

Kate, Director HR Business Partner, UBS

The Structural Decision Framework

All advisory work is structured around a five-stage decision framework grounded in behavioural economics and executive HR exposure inside large institutions.

Context Clarity
Position Readiness
Risk Filtering
Leverage Mapping
Execution with Containment

This ensures decisions are made against verified structural reality, not emotion, assumption, or wishful context.
