Complete steps to execute it

The full execution sequence. What to do, in what order, with what timing, and with whom. Stakeholder sequencing, conversation design, decision points, and contingency moves if the situation shifts.

Support through the execution

A call every other week as the default rhythm. More when the situation requires it, and these situations always have moments when it does. Async support throughout. You are not handed a plan and left alone with it. The advisory continues as the strategy executes.

The Decision Call ensures we’re acting on a precise read, not assumptions.

How fast can we move? Most clients take action within 24 hours of the Decision Call.

Will you speak to HR or my manager? No. I advise you and equip you with the scripts and materials you need. You remain the principal in every conversation.

Do you guarantee outcomes? No.

What I do is ensure the decision you’re making is the right one based on what’s actually happening. That’s where outcomes are determined.

Can we pause or stop? Packages have a defined duration with continuation available if the situation extends. Ongoing advisory has no minimum term on either plan.

What if my situation doesn't fit one of the packages? Senior career decisions rarely fit neatly into one box. Book the 15-minute clarity call and we'll establish what's actually needed. If nothing I offer is the right fit, I'll tell you that too.
