Every engagement starts with a Decision Call. Some situations require nothing more. Others benefit from ongoing support as events unfold. The Decision Call is credited in full toward any session booked within 30 days.

Three sessions within three months. For situations that evolve over time where you need a trusted sounding board as decisions unfold. Continuity without a fixed scope.

Strategy Session

One defined issue, strategy, scripts and support materials. Written summary and relevant frameworks provided after the session.

Single deep'dive session with all execution support provided.

Active support for situations that are actively moving and need continuity. These will involve minimum two sessions, and you receive support through to conclusion.
