Ongoing Monthly 1:1 Advisory
When you need ongoing accountability and support to get you through your exit, position you for the next role, lock-in your job search strategy or negotiate your offer. One or two calls a month.
Your Next Move - Covers Stage 2 - Stage 5 of the Messy to Next Method. Seventeen self-paced modules. Skills extraction, positioning, narratives, CV and LinkedIn, 30-day plan.
Judgment, In Writing - You want support but have no time for calls
Positioning Review - 450 CHF Your CV and LinkedIn fully reviewed against the role you actually want, returned with written observations and specific recommendations within 48 hours. You will know what a hiring committee sees, what is missing, and what to change first.
Async Retainer - 350 CHF I stay in your situation between the moments that matter. Up to three check-ins a month, response within one working day. For clients who have had a Decision Call and are executing: the offer that lands on a Friday, the email you should not send yet, the meeting that changed the picture.

Exit Package Reivew - 1'950 CHF If you want me to review your situation and package details to check nothing is being missed. Submit all documents to my email address, I review and come back to you either via Loom or direct call depending on your preference.

Will you speak to HR or my manager? No. I advise and equip you, you remain the principal in every conversation.
Do you guarantee outcomes? No. What I ensure is that the decision you're making is the right one, given what's actually happening.
What if my situation doesn't fit one of the four? Book a Decision Call and we'll establish what's actually needed. If nothing I offer is right, I'll tell you that too.
