Your sales and finances, recorded automatically.

Every Stripe payment captured in Notion, client records created, payment logged, Stripe fee tracked, and your contact added to Brevo. No spreadsheet. No manual entry. Running itself from the moment it goes live.

OPLIO

Why this exists

"I built this to run my own practice. Every automation, every client record, every session summary so I could free myself up to deliver real client value rather than drowning in the administration. It took months. Now I'm packaging it and selling it so you can benefit too"

Lisa Mayer - Founder, Next Position Advisory

One payment. Five things happen automatically.

When a buyer completes a Stripe checkout, This first Oplio Flow picks it up and handles the operational layer so you see the outcome in Notion without touching anything.

Client Record Created in Notion

For advisory and 1:1 products, a client row appears in your Client Tracker with name, email, product, and source pre-filled.

Payment Log Created in Notion

Amount, currency, product name, payment date, and Stripe Payment ID written to your Payments Received database.

Stripe Fee Recorded as an Expense

The processing cost is logged to your Expenses database automatically, categorised as Payment Processing, sourced as Stripe Auto.

Contact Added to Brevo Mailing List

First name, last name, and email written to Brevo. The buyer is added to the correct purchase list for the product they bought.

Every Run Recorded in an Execution Log

Success, skip, or error every execution is logged in Notion with the outcome, which node ran, and what happened. Nothing fails silently.

Fixed Tech Stack right now. More flexibility planned.

Oplio Flow 0 connects Stripe, Notion, Brevo, and your own n8n instance. These are the current requirements. Additional integrations and flexibility on email providers are on the roadmap.

Your data stays in your accounts. Always.

Oplio is not a SaaS platform. You receive a Notion workspace template and an n8n flow. Both run in your own accounts. Everything stays with you, client records, payment history, email lists, the automations themselves. Nothing is held on our infrastructure.

FAQ's

1. Do I need to know how to build automations?
No. You receive a ready-built Notion workspace and n8n flow. Setup involves filling in a configuration table in Notion and adding your credentials in n8n — no coding, no building from scratch. If you can follow a checklist, you can install Oplio.

2. I already use Notion but I've set it up my own way. Do I have to start from scratch?
No. You can either use the template workspace as-is, or map Oplio to your existing Notion tables using the Field Mapping table included in the setup. You fill it in once and the flow reads your property names at runtime.

3. What happens if something goes wrong?
Every execution is logged in Notion with the outcome, which node ran, and the error message if one occurred. Nothing fails silently. You'll know exactly what happened and what to check. Plain-language error guidance is included in the documentation.

4. Do I own the automations or am I renting access to a platform?
You own everything. The Notion workspace sits in your account. The n8n flow runs in your n8n instance. If you stop using Oplio tomorrow, your client records, payment history, and automations all stay exactly where they are. Nothing is held on our infrastructure.

5. What do I actually need to get started?
A Notion account (free plan works, Plus recommended), a Stripe account with payment links set up, a Brevo account (free plan works), an n8n account (cloud starter plan works), and a Gmail or SMTP account for notification emails. That's it.
